About this Position

The candidate must provide assistance to employees via email and Microsoft Teams calls in relation to the corporate expense management tool. Manage expense claims linked to the corporate credit card (Kintetsu) and reconcile the total amounts related to flight expenses from the central card. Ensure compliance with established process policies and maintain alignment with local entities. 

What you´ll do

  • Provide support to employees via email and Microsoft Teams calls regarding the corporate expense management tool.
  • Handle expense submissions linked to the Corporate Credit Card (Kintetsu) and reconcile total amounts related to flight expenses from the Central Card.
  • Ensure compliance with established process policies and maintain alignment with local entities.
  • Manage requisition and processing of Corporate Credit Cards.
  • Perform debt analysis to support reconciliations.
  • Download, manage, and analyze data generated from the expense tool to provide accurate information to local entities.

  • Good level of portuguese.
  • Strong knowledge of expense management tools and corporate credit card systems.
  • Ability to manage and maintain databases and user accounts.
  • Competence in data extraction, handling, and analysis (Excel, SQL, or similar tools).
  • Analytical Skills Debt analysis and reconciliation expertise.
  • Capacity to interpret financial data and provide clear, actionable insights to local entities.
  • Communication & Support Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (emails, Teams calls).
