What You'll Do:

• Pre-measure job sites and ensure accurate prep for clean, on-time installs.
• Install equipment properly and test for quality assurance.
• Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.
• Pursue certifications if needed – we want to invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
• Own your route and represent Hendrix Air with professionalism.

What You Need:

• 1+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
