About this role

Customer Advisor (Forecourt Attendant) 
Up to £12.60 per hour & benefits. Part-time permanent position working 12 hours per week. Shifts will be within the hours of 9am-1pm, Shift pattern will be 3x4 hour shifts or 4x3 hour shift per week with a degree of flexibility required.

As Customer Advisor (Forecourt) you will be required to;
•    Comply with health and safety regulations. 

•    Deliver first class customer service outside on the forecourt. 

•    Maintain great standards by keeping the pumps and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
•    Complete other duties as required for the role.

 

Skills for Success

•    The ability to give great, natural customer service by proactively smiling, greeting, acknowledging and helping customers.
•    A positive attitude and a love for people.  
•    An eye for detail, ensuring that excellent standards are maintained on the forecourt.  

•    The ability to prioritise to ensure everything you do is right for our customers.  

•    Candidates must be over the age of 18 to work on the forecourt.
