What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues for residential customers
- Handle routine maintenance, small repairs, and/or emergency plumbing services
- Ensure all plumbing work complies with safety regulations and building codes
- Identify additional service needs and recommend plumbing solutions to customers
- Present products and services clearly, including benefits and pricing
- Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling services and generating new business
- Deliver exceptional customer service—every time
- Maintain accurate service reports and customer interaction records
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with residential or commercial plumbing
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated to meet goals and grow with the company
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Valid plumbing license (if required in your state)
- Driver’s license with a clean driving record
