Job Summary
We are seeking an HVAC Duct Installer to install residential HVAC & Heating ductwork and insulation. This role focuses on quality workmanship, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have experience with duct systems, insulation, and working safely in confined spaces.
Responsibilities
- Review daily schedules and ensure truck is stocked with tools and materials
- Install HVAC ducting and insulation per specifications and safety standards
- Measure, cut, seal, and secure insulation materials
- Install vapor barriers and air-sealing components as needed
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Track materials used and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC duct installation, insulation, or construction
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, on ladders, and in varying conditions

What you'll do
- The installer will be responsible for reviewing daily schedules, ensuring the truck is stocked, and installing residential HVAC ducting and insulation according to specifications and safety standards. This includes measuring, cutting, sealing materials, and operating tools safely while maintaining clean job sites.
