About this role

The Role (What’s in the Box)


As Growth Manager, you will be an integral part in executing HelloFresh’s growth ambitions with the goal of acquiring high quality customers in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.


This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who has good experience managing complex marketing campaigns while also able to understand how to optimise individual channels, primarily but not limited to online performance channels.


Additionally, this role is suited for someone who thrives with stakeholder management as you will work closely with agency partners and central counterparts based in Berlin across multiple channels, such as Paid Social (Meta, Snap, Tiktok), Paid Search, Display, CRM, Call Centre to name a few. And ensure these channels are all performing as optimally as possible with the various teams.


You will be based out of our Nordic head office in Island Brygge, Copenhagen and report to the Head of Growth, Nordics.

What You’ll Do (The Recipe)



  • Local Growth lead: Act as the local owner for investigating and executing opportunities to help drive growth and high-quality acquisition within your channel mix


  • Global Collaboration: Partner with the HelloFresh global marketing team to continually ensure optimal channel mix, spend, and tactics. You will be the local Point of Contact (POC) supporting global channel managers to achieve targets


  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute bespoke local initiatives and campaigns and contribute to the growth testing pipeline


  • Creative Ownership: Own the briefing process for local display and Paid Social (Meta, Tiktok, Snap) assets. You will drive our local content engine that is best in class in HelloFresh Group


  • Financial Rigor: Support the Head of Growth in budgeting and forecasting from a local perspective


  • Market Intelligence: Leverage local market data (seasonality, holidays, events etc.) to ensure optimal performance planning/flighting across channels


  • Performance Analysis: Comfortable tracking, understanding and acting on performance data across various channels and platforms to improve performance. This includes various attribution models (platform, Multi Mix Modelling etc.)


What You’ll Bring (Your Ingredients)



  • 3+ years experience in the marketing industry, preferably media agency side or within an e-commerce or subscription-based company


  • Comfortable with performance metrics from various platforms (Meta, Adwords, Snap, DV360), not expected to implement but desirable to have experience working in the platforms


  • Fluency in English and 1 Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) is preferred but not essential


  • A strong analytical thinker who can derive actionable conclusions from diverse data sets; such as platform, MMM and customer data - likes to really understand the why


  • Proven project management skills, multiple stakeholder management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with a persistence and bias to action


  • A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders, from internal local and central stakeholders to external agencies
