Visit <a href="http://www.helloheart.com">www.helloheart.com</a> for more information.</p></div><h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4> <p>As a People Operations Generalist, you will own the day-to-day operational execution of our People Operations function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a consistently positive employee experience. Reporting into our Senior Director, People Operations, you will support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>In this highly detail-oriented role, you will manage benefits administration, HR systems, compliance processes, reporting, and documentation. You will be a driver of operational rigor and continuous improvement across People Operations.</p> <h4><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Administer select benefits programs and respond to employee questions regarding benefits and enrollment.</li> <li>Manage benefits communications, including timelines, materials, webinars, and reminders.</li> <li>Reconcile benefits-related invoices, manage Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account funding, track benefits costs, and flag discrepancies.</li> <li>Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant employee transitions.</li> <li>Manage employee onboarding and offboarding through ADP Workforce Now and BambooHR, including onboarding tasks, workflows, and templates.</li> <li>Conduct new hire orientation and other onboarding sessions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Complete and audit Form I-9s and maintain compliance with employee recordkeeping requirements.</li> <li>Maintain accurate employee records across our HR tech stack and internal trackers.</li> <li>Support maintenance of&nbsp; People Operations trackers and reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.</li> <li>Maintain and update the People Wiki, ensuring documentation is current and accessible.</li> <li>Support leave of absence and workers compensation administration.</li> <li>Continuously identify and implement process improvements across People Operations.</li> <li>Provide HR Business Partner support as needed, including employee changes, audits, and special projects.</li> <li>Support ad hoc People Operations initiatives and analysis.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Qualifications</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree</li> <li>3+ years of People Operations or Human Resources Operations experience</li> <li>Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment strongly preferred</li> <li>Strong benefits administration experience</li> <li>Hands-on experience with ADP and BambooHR</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel</li> <li>High attention to detail with strong process ownership</li> <li>Ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and integrity</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $120,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
