YOUR TASKS
Within the Engineering Excellence Business Department, you will be part of the SAP PLM/PDM Team and will work at the Hella Romania Design and Development Center in Timișoara. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and optimizing SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and systems across the organization.
Your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging and will include:
- Planning and delivering user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of PLM systems and processes
- Providing consultancy to users and supporting problem analysis and resolution
- Collaborating closely with system owners and process stakeholders to contribute to new requirements, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Consolidating and applying knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management processes and tools
- Taking over project management for international projects of low to medium complexity
- Staying up to date with state-of-the-art technologies and market trends related to PLM
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your profile is as diverse as your new responsibilities:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- You have specialized know-how of product development processes and Product Lifecycle Management;
- You worked with the PLM tools, preferably SAP-based solutions (PDM/PLM MM, DMS);
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills;
- You have superior written and spoken English skills;
- You are open-minded and comfortable working in an international environment.
