YOUR TASKS
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- BE /B. Tech/ M.E/ M. Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Industrial Electronics
- 6- 8 years of experience in Automotive Industry
- Good understanding of Embedded Software Development in Automotive domain
- Good understanding of Autosar Architecture
- Good handle over Hardware & Software
- Automotive system knowledge (ECU, Sensors, Software) and technical mindset
- Good knowledge of CMMI / ISO /ASPICE quality standards
- An active team player with an uncanny ability to mentor and motivate large teams through leadership by content
- Experience in managing project stake holders from International /Inter-Cultural teams
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Decision making on project priorities & conflicts
- Preparation of Estimation, Effort and Budget Tracking, Customer Co-ordination, Scheduling, Defect Tracking, Metrics Reporting
- Stake holder management
- Managing requirements and changes in the project
- On time and Quality delivery
- Working experience in Active Safety projects and Tools used
- Experience in handling multiple projects concurrently should have successfully handled at least 2-3 complete life cycle projects in the role of a Project Manager
- Experience in Automotive domain e.g.: Platform development with exposure to Low level drivers, Middleware components, system services
- Having working knowledge and experience in vector tool chain (DaVinci Configurator, DaVinci Developer, Canoe etc.)
