PCB TECHNICAL LEAD (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS
Role -->Lead and develop the PCB layout and library team for automotive electronic designs, ensuring high-quality layouts compliant with EMC, reliability, and automotive standards, collaborating closely with hardware design & simulation, while mentoring & developing team.
Tasks /Area of Responsibility:
• Planning, organizing, estimating, coordinating all layout, Library & Simulation activities
• Expertise in PCB layout Design IPC 2221., multilayer boards up to 12 layers
• Expertise schematic symbols IEEE and layout footprints as per IPC7351.
• Experience with customer requirements evaluation, DFM, DFT and DFA.
• Familiarity with printed circuit board fabrication assembly techniques
• Lead, Developed, Assess team, Review and Release layouts
• Driving the topics in own areas of responsibility, Strong technical decision making
• Tracking & Monitoring of function progress including Supplier
Technical Skills -->
Preferred with know-how of circuit simulation (PSPICE), EMC simulation (CST Studio),
Preferred System capture, CADENCE concept HDL, Allegro
Preferred Certified Interconnect Designer (CID) by IPC, Automotive experience
Good Knowledge of thermal management, Power integrity, SAP/PDM, Heat Sink design board level, Power Electronics Layout, adhering to Signal Integrity and EMI/EMC
Problem Solving, 8D, Manufacturing aspects for PCB designs -ICT, AOI
Technology-->
Plug & Cap Via, Copper inlay, Isolation co-ordination, HV designs, Rigid & Flex,
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Experience--> 12-15 yrs, ME/MTech/BE in Electronics
- BE /B. Tech: Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Industrial Electronics
- 12-15 years’ experience in PCB design and development
- Minimum 5 years and above in Automotive Industry
- Experience in managing work independently
- Experience in managing a team of 7-8 engineers
- Shall be able to coach junior colleagues
- Experience of working with German/foreign counterparts preferred
- Experience in working with multicultural development teams
- Experience in coordination with EMS plant
- People management
