YOUR TASKS

🎯 Objetivo del Puesto
Asegurar la planeación y seguimiento de la demanda de clientes mediante la correcta gestión de órdenes, proyecciones de ventas e inventarios, garantizando el cumplimiento de requerimientos del cliente y la alineación entre ventas, logística y planeación.

🛠️ Responsabilidades Principales

  •  Dar seguimiento a órdenes de clientes (Customer Orders Follow‑up).
  • Realizar planeación de la demanda en SAP.
  • Elaborar y actualizar proyecciones de ventas (Sales Forecast / Sales Projection).
  • Administrar y monitorear inventarios para asegurar disponibilidad y niveles óptimos.
  • Coordinar con clientes internos y externos para asegurar el cumplimiento de fechas de entrega.
  • Analizar variaciones de demanda y proponer ajustes al plan.
  • Generar reportes de demanda, ventas e inventarios para toma de decisiones.



YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

🎓 Perfil Requerido

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Industrial, Administración, Logística o afín.
  • Experiencia2 a 3 años de experiencia en:Customer Service (Logística).Planeación de demanda.Programación de ventas o supply chain.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos:
  1. Manejo de clientes.
  2. SAP – Sales & Distribution.
  3. Análisis de ventas y demanda.
  4. Control de inventarios.Idiomas
  5. Inglés avanzado (indispensable).
