YOUR TASKS

• Managing a warehouse, in particular ensuring availability of the parts stored there, as well as monitoring and correcting stock levels (permanent inventory), arranging for identity tests if necessary
• Checking the inspection of incoming goods for damage, completeness and correctness, as well as informing the respective positions about differences and deviations; monitoring incoming goods bookings and delivery note filing according to the applicable specifications
• Guaranteeing incoming material transports/supplies to the in-plant production departments and other plants according to requirements, including the complete dispatch processing in the system, preparing the necessary shipping documents, as well as the transport of finished goods and assemblies
• Involvement in the planning and designing of warehouse systems, including the data-related processing using modern means of communication, selection of warehouse and transport equipment as well as drawing up and implementing stocking and transport concepts for optimum warehouse management
• Negotiating general logistics conditions with suppliers, service providers and customers (e.g. JIT/JIS processes, turnaround periods, packaging)
• Monitoring and carrying out measures to maintain the target requirements rocessing transport damage according to specifications and processing logistic complaints
