YOUR TASKS

🎯 Objetivo del puesto:
Coordinar las operaciones del almacén asegurando el flujo adecuado de materiales, la correcta ejecución de procesos de facturación y recibo, así como la supervisión del personal operativo para garantizar calidad, control documental y cumplimiento de KPIs logísticos.

🛠️ Responsabilidades clave:

  • Supervisar actividades de facturación a clientes (intercompañías y clientes finales).
  • Gestionar el recibo de facturas de proveedores en SAP.
  • Coordinar y administrar al equipo del almacén.
  • Dar seguimiento a incidencias del personal de almacén.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs: paros de línea, reclamos de cliente.
  • Controlar el flujo de materiales y documentos para garantizar disponibilidad oportuna.
  • Trabajar de forma directa con clientes internos/externos.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

✅ Perfil ideal:

  • Experiencia: 1–2 años en logística interna, almacén, manejo de materiales o control documental.
  • Formación: TSU o Diploma Técnico.

Competencias clave:

  1.  Liderazgo operativo y supervisión de personal.
  2. Manejo de SAP.
  3. Conocimiento de procesos de facturación y recibo orientados a almacén.
