YOUR TASKS 🎯 Objetivo del Puesto A) Gestión de Refacciones e Inventario B) Soporte a Mantenimiento C) Administración y Mejora Continua
Garantizar la disponibilidad, control y correcta gestión de refacciones y materiales de mantenimiento, asegurando el soporte operativo al equipo técnico mediante el manejo eficiente del inventario (tool crib) y el seguimiento administrativo de las partes.
🛠️ Responsabilidades Principales
Gestionar, controlar y dar seguimiento a refacciones y partes de mantenimiento.
Registrar entradas y salidas de materiales en el sistema de inventarios.
Mantener actualizados los niveles de stock y apoyar en la optimización de inventarios.
Asegurar el correcto almacenamiento, identificación y orden de las refacciones en el tool crib.
Proveer refacciones y materiales al equipo de mantenimiento de forma oportuna.
Dar seguimiento a solicitudes internas de refacciones.
Coordinar con mantenimiento, producción y TS para asegurar continuidad operativa.
Apoyar en la disponibilidad de materiales para mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos.
Dar seguimiento administrativo a inventarios y consumos.
Apoyar en la mejora de procesos relacionados con el control de refacciones.
Generar reportes básicos de consumo, inventario y necesidades de abastecimiento.
Cumplir con los lineamientos, estándares y procedimientos internos de HELLA.
