Heidelberg Materials are currently recruiting for a Quarry Supervisor to join the team at our Red Hill Quarry.

Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this full-time role will be multi-faceted, responsible for supervising quarry operations with a focus on production enhancement and improvement.

In your new role, you will be:

• Supervising day‑to‑day quarry production and making operational decisions that drive site performance.
• Managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals
• Bringing a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency

• Hold a WA Quarry Managers Ticket
• Have coached and developed your team with a focus on production enhancement and improvement
• Supervisory experience in the aggregates industry will be highly regarded
• Are results focused, self-motivated and have a total commitment to risk management and Zero Harm
• Have a passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results
• Are a team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure
• A positive presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
