What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate yard loader equipment to move and manage aggregate materials.

  • Maintain proper stockpiles and ensure materials are organized and accessible.

  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.

  • Support plant and yard operations to ensure efficient material flow.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe and productive site.

  • Load Hopper and ensure we run a maximum efficiency.

  • Ability to safely operate heavy equipment with strong situational awareness.

  • Capability to perform tasks independently and follow established procedures.

  • Commitment to safety practices in all aspects of the job.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Reliability and consistency in meeting daily operational expectations.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

  • Must meet all company and site-specific safety requirements.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
