What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate haul trucks and related mobile equipment to transport material safely and efficiently.

  • Perform pre‑ and post‑operation inspections and report equipment conditions promptly.

  • Follow haul road rules, traffic patterns, and site procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

  • Coordinate with loadout, crusher, and pit personnel to support production goals.

  • Adjust operation based on road, weather, and site conditions to ensure safe performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Capability to operate haul units safely and maintain control in varying terrain and conditions.

  • Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety standards and procedures.

  • Ability to follow directions, understand haul routes, and support operational efficiency.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills in an active production setting.

  • Flexibility to work outdoors and adapt to changing job demands.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment


Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
