What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running reliably
  • Adjust equipment settings to maintain product quality and meet production goals
  • Communicate with team members to coordinate material flow and resolve issues
  • Follow all safety procedures to support a safe working environment

  • Ability to safely operate and troubleshoot crushing and screening equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality materials
  • Capability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs and priorities
  • Comfort working in a physically active role with heavy industrial equipment

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
