What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily quality control testing to ensure aggregate products meet specifications.
  • Partner with operations teams to adjust production processes based on QC data.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for compliance and audits.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices in QC procedures.
  • Train and guide team members on quality standards, testing methods, and safety practices.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to support production and quality goals.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively across teams.

Work Environment

  • Operates in a quarry environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Role includes walking on uneven ground, climbing, and working near heavy equipment.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) required in designated areas.
