About this role
The Programme Analyst will support the Programme Sponsorship team in ensuring our capital programmes deliver the outcomes and benefits they are designed to achieve. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong analytical mindset and an understanding of project or programme delivery, who enjoys working with data, stakeholders and governance frameworks.
You will work closely with the Managing Sponsor and Functional Sponsor to develop and manage Benefit Management Plans (BMPs), provide insight on performance, and help keep programmes aligned to our strategic objectives.
This role offers the opportunity to influence investment decisions, support the realisation of benefits across Heathrow, and build experience in sponsorship, benefits management and programme governance.

Working Location
Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
