Operations Consultant - Settlements
Is this your next move?
This isn't just any old banking role, this will keep you challenged, motivated and happily on your toes. You'll be a crucial member of the Settlements team responsible for managing the process of settling, paying out and maintaining loans. You'll own a bunch of tasks, provide admin and support, ensure our regulatory compliance obligations are met and issue related documentation and enter data.

You may be looking to get your foot into the banking sector or you're looking for the perfect career step within Financial services. You're a collaborator, people person and team player. You've got a 'get things done' attitude, have no problem working to deadlines and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get into it.
You're a pro with:
Banking or finance experience preferred
Knowledge in loan documentation and securities
Strong AML knowledge
Customer service or administration experience
Good eye for detail and problem-solving skills

Above all else you believe in finding the best outcome for our customers and for Heartland. You've got excellent working knowledge of credit and collection best practice and all related legislative requirements. You like to take ownership of your work and can work to tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities with ease. You've got a great sense of humour, you're a team player and have loads of initiative to drive results. You'll have a proven record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
