Position: Maintenance Assistant
Pay: $18-$20 hourly
Schedule: Monday-Friday (10:30-7:00pm)

What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred
- Have or be able to obtain a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
- Have or be able to obtain a food handler's certificate
- Have or be able to obtain an adult First aid/CPR certification
- Have or be able to obtain documentation showing free from TB

This position is for someone with basic maintenance experience, that has a hospitality mindset, and who may be looking for training and development in their maintenance career.

What you'll do
- The Maintenance Assistant will support the maintenance team in ensuring the facility is well-maintained and safe for residents. This role involves basic maintenance tasks and contributing to a positive living environment for seniors.
