This role requires an experienced HR professional with a strong business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to influence and implement HR strategies that support our company’s growth objectives.</p> <p>This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and leadership skills to ensure our HR functions support the company’s overall objectives and foster a positive employee experience.</p> <p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u>:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and align HR strategies to support business goals.</li> <li>Support non-exempt and exempt employees.</li> <li>Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency, including organizational design, change management, employee relations, and succession planning.</li> <li>Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement best practices.</li> <li>Develop and implement strategies to foster a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.</li> <li>Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to leaders on workforce trends, talent management strategies, and organizational health.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and uphold ethical standards in all HR practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Skills Needed</u>:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven track record of partnering with leaders to drive business results through effective HR strategies and initiatives.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.</li> <li>Experienced with Change Management.</li> <li>Experienced with managing employee relations matters (investigation management).</li> <li>This role supports employees at our office locations in Austin, TX&nbsp; and Northern California/Bay Area office locations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Travel is required for this role.</li> <li>Role will reside at our Rohnert Park location, in office 3 days/week.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Educational Requirements &amp; Work Experience:</u>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li> <li>8-10 years of progressive experience in HR as an HR business partner/generalist.</li> </ul> <p>This position has an estimated base salary of $180,000 - $225,000, a cash bonus, and equity.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div>Heartflow is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
