This position works with leadership across multiple functions on a regular basis.</p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Job Responsibilities:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Financial owner for operational and capital budget related activities across the company</li>
<li>Meet with functional leadership to understand expense drivers such as business changes and headcount assumptions</li>
<li>Support functional leadership in managing P&L expenses, detailed analyses and budgeting</li>
<li>Responsible for monthly forecast accuracy and reporting, headcount tracking, accruals and management reports</li>
<li>Develop and maintain metrics that encourage data-driven decision making at the department level</li>
<li>Assist in the enhancement and maintenance of company reporting tools</li>
<li>Drive ad-hoc analyses and special projects</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Skills Needed</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation)</li>
<li>Able to build relationships across all functions and all levels of responsibility</li>
<li>Robust finance/accounting background</li>
<li>Expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Ability to work well both independently and as a team</li>
<li>Possess an attention to detail to produce accurate work</li>
</ul>
<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Educational Requirements & Work Experience:</span></h1>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, a related field or equivalent directly related work</li>
<li>7-10 years of FP&A or Accounting experience</li>
<li>MBA / Masters in Accounting or Finance a plus</li>
<li>CPA/CMA a plus</li>
<li>Medical Device, BioPharma or other Healthcare Technology experience is preferred</li>
<li>SaaS business experience is a plus</li>
<li>Knowledge of Planful, NetSuite and Tableau is a plus</li>
</ul>
