The Memorial Hospital is looking for an organised, enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse with a desire to take a leadership role in managing the hospitals theatre education portfolio. This role encompasses delivering a structured education program for all theatre employees including providing hands on support for Graduate Nurses.

About you:
Currently Registered as a Nurse with AHPRA
Minimum 5 years’ recent theatre nursing experience
Sound knowledge of ACORN standards / ACHS Accreditation Standards
Strategic minded thinker
Ability to engage with all members of staff
Proficient in electronic databases and ability to adapt to changing platforms
Excellent communication style – written and verbal
Ability to meet deadlines
Professional leadership experience
Work collaboratively with the management team
Knowledge of labour management / KPIs

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the “Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance (ACHA) & Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) South Australian Branch – Nurses’ & Midwives – Enterprise Agreement - 2024 (‘Agreement’ or ‘Enterprise Agreement’)” (salaries range between $63.92 -$69.58 per hour).
