About this role

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our Methodist Hospital Pharmacy team!  Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. 

Position Summary:

Under direct supervision of a Pharmacist, assists in the timely and accurate dispensing of sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications to patients in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

This is an IV Infusion float position that will be covering shifts in St. Louis Park, Burnsville, and Maple Grove. Candidate will be based out Methodist Hospital. 

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday

  • Daytime Hours

  • No nights/weekends/holidays

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be registered with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Technician certification required. Certification as CPhT through either the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One or more years Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
  • Prior infusion experience strongly preferred.
