About this role

HealthPartners Riverway Anoka Clinic is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day. 

As a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.  Experience preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Extended Care Model: The schedule is 5 days on and 9 days off model. 

Biweekly Schedule: 

 

Week 1: 

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: 9:00am – 8:00pm

Friday: 9:00am – 8:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm 

Sunday: 8:00am – 5:00pm


Week 2: 

Monday: 9:00am – 8:00pm

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: OFF

Friday: OFF

Saturday: OFF

Sunday: OFF

 

BENEFITS:

Anoka’s historic downtown boasts a wide array of eclectic shops, a large variety of restaurants, dessert shops, and both a brewery and wine bar. Surrounding downtown is a beautiful city park system and trails. At the confluence of the Rum and Mississippi rivers, Peninsula Point Park connects the walking and biking trail system throughout the city, and the Anoka Nature Preserve at the north end of the city is a 200-acre natural area. With plenty of pickleball and tennis courts, 30 parks, and a beautiful golf course next door, there’s something for everyone in Anoka.
