This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of primary health services for offenders at correctional centres located in Saskatoon, Regina, North Battleford and Prince Albert, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A). 

Proponents are encouraged to provide Submissions for one or more correctional centres. Primary health services may include physicians, nurse practitioners or a combination of these qualified professionals.

Proponent Information Meeting, Non-Mandatory, January 28, 2026, at 12:30 p.m.

To understand submission process, how to do business with government, how procurement works and best practices, it is encouraged that Proponents attend the information session before providing a Submission, please email, [email protected] by January 27, 2026, with the following information:

•          the RFB reference number and name in the subject line;

•          name of representative(s) who will be attending; and

•          general questions or items the Proponent proposes to ask, if any.
