Experience
- One year experience in community needs assessment/development/health promotion
- 3 years experience as an RN in primary care, public health or acute care
Education
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing. Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is desired. Certification in Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or equivalent program is required; Current registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association; Possession of, and ability to maintain current registration as RN (NP) with Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association. Current BCLS certification.
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge in population and public health concepts
- Knowledge in community resources and services in the clinical area
- Ability to apply health promotion principles

- This position is assigned to the Community Wellness Bus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a vehicle available for work.
