Ideally, the incoming Dentist can perform general dentistry, have pediatric experience, and likes to work with the pediatric population. Preferably the incoming dentist has 3-5 years of experience and is already credentialled with Medi in TX (TMHP/ DentaQuest, MCNA, UHC & CHIP plans).

Duties:
- General Dentistry with a focus on the pediatric population
- Develop relationships with Kids/ parents, effectively communicating treatment plans to English speaking parents or having the DA translate for them for Spanish speaking parents
- Diagnosis tooth pathology and present treatment options
- Perform general dentistry (mainly pediatrics and potentially adults)- SSC, basic fillings, pulpotomy, basic extractions, space maintainers, prophylaxis with a cavitron
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Collaborate with the team for comprehensive patient care
- Comply with all ICA guidelines
- DDS/DMD degree
- Active and unrestricted license in state of TX
- 3-5 years Pediatric dental experience preferred, and likes to work with the pediatric population
- Credentialled with Medi in TX preferred (TMHP/ DentaQuest, MCNA, UHC & CHIP plans).
- Full time
- $260k per year (~ $1k per day for 6 months or better of 30% of production)
- Bonus compensation potential
- $5k signing bonus with total of $25k as a retention bonus over 2 years
