We are looking for a motivated, principled Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Philadelphia, PA. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate adjusting and working closely with patients while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor has strong manual adjusting skills for both the spine and extremities, excellent communication skills, and a team player. Join us and our well-respected team in our state-of-the-art facility with over 5000 sq ft of office space! We will provide you with the systems, procedures, equipment, and everything you need to be a successful chiropractor. Must be a proficient manual adjustor and we will consider recent grads!

Duties:
- Perform Consultations/ initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments gonstead, diversified, drop adjusting, extremity adjusting
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
- Internal and external marketing; including health fairs, public speaking, lunch and learns, and networking as needed
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in PA
- Full time (Monday – Friday with Thursdays solely as Admin days 8am-1pm and Fridays ending at 3 pm)
- $90k-$110k plus bonus
- Bonus Compensation (progressive bonus structure based off associate production)
