Duties:
- Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review Digital X-rays, write reports
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle/nutritional modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, Diversified Technique, Full spine, Extremities, Soft tissue/PIR/PNF, Therapeutics, rehab and various therapies and modalities
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Request Testimonials and Request Referrals
- Verify Daily Charges and POC Conversions
- Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care and decision making
- Regular reeval to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
- Maintenance of the clinic space and help oversee Operations
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in AL
- Mon-Friday with office hours ending at 2 on Fridays
- $80k-$90k + Bonuses (potential to make over $100k)
- PTO/Vacation (10 days/year)
