Salary: $9,600- $20,000/month USD base + commission (OTE $50k+)
- 1+ years sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling experience
- Excellent verbal English - confident on the phone (B2 minimum)
- Strong written English for email outreach
- Comfortable with cold calling and rejection
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Reliable internet (25+ Mbps)
- Own laptop/PC with headset
- Quiet home workspace
- Available for US or UK business hours
- Competitive USD base salary
