Redi Carpet is seeking a driven, sales‑minded General Manager to lead and grow our Detroit branch. This role is accountable for both operational performance and revenue growth, with a strong focus on developing customer relationships, expanding market share, and driving new business within the multifamily housing sector.
The General Manager will serve as the primary leader for the market—overseeing daily operations, managing a high‑performing team, and actively engaging with property managers, developers, and regional decision‑makers. Success in this role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance strategic sales initiatives with disciplined execution, financial accountability, and exceptional service delivery.
