Overview

HCI Systems Inc. is a rapidly growing low-voltage contracting company based in California. We are seeking a Construction Project Administrator to join our team in Ontario to support general contractor prequalification and billing processes. Prior hands-on experience with prequalifications and billings is required.

Responsibilities

  • Complete and submit general contractor prequalification forms
  • Prepare and submit AIA billings (G702/G703) accurately and efficiently
  • Complete and submit GC payment applications through platforms such as Textura, GC pay applications, Procore, or other GC platforms
  • Collect, track, and log subcontractor and supplier lien releases
  • Monitor submitted billings and follow up with general contractors to ensure timely review
  • Work closely with our general contractors and project managers to support monthly progress billings
  • Manage a high-volume billing workload, processing hundreds of invoices per month
  • Monitor and respond to billing rejections and coordinate corrections with the Project Manager

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with construction prequalifications and billing
  • Prior experience with completing and submitting prequalification packages and construction billing
  • Working knowledge of Textura, GC pay applications, Procore, and other GC platforms/portals
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to problem-solve
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range

USD $29.00 - USD $32.00 /Hr.
