What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Delivery Manager at Hawk-Eye, you’ll be at the forefront of some of our biggest technology projects, ensuring the seamless delivery of initiatives that drive our company’s success. You will:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects, including new product development, system integrations, and enhancements to our technical tools and infrastructure.
Create a project environment that empowers teams to perform at their best while anticipating and mitigating risks.
Track and communicate project timelines effectively, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned with company priorities.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and TechOps teams to coordinate the development process.
Help to ensure that product development activity is efficient, effective and in line with the companies strategic direction.
Work closely with elite sports organisations and our internal teams of skilled professionals to execute impactful projects.
Be the go-to expert on project management best practices, guiding projects from ideation through to execution.
Adapt quickly in a reactive environment, assessing impacts and proposing solutions to drive optimal outcomes.
Utilise data-driven insights to enhance project efficiency and measure the success of outcomes.

Tech Stack and Skill Requirements
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.),
Experience with technical project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent.
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, DevOps, cloud technologies, and technical product development processes.
Understanding of data analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with global teams.
