Position Summary

 

Responsible for assisting with the direction and administration of Branch member service, new account and lending operations.  Performs member and credit union transactions while ensuring the high-quality service delivery standards of the credit union.  Assists with managing and achieving branch service standard goals, cross-selling goals, transactional goals and other key performance indicators as required.  Engages with members by offering products, services and assistance to help members meet their financial needs.  Ensures that all operational support and lending functions are accurately performed in accordance with credit union policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

 

Qualifications/Experience

 

  • At least four years of related experience in Financial Services.
  • Thorough knowledge of member services and products provided.
  • Knowledge of credit union loan services, policies, and procedures.
  • Understanding of related legal and regulatory standards, and required loan documentation.
  • Knowledge of consumer and residential lending practices.
  • Excellent interviewing, communication and public relations skills.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
  • Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including 10-key calculations, printer, telephone and notary stamp.
  • Solid math abilities.

 

Salary Range

 

  • Minimum - $47,980
  • Maximum - $76,769
