Job Description :

Please note that this is a part-time role (32 hours per week) based in our Manchester office, and requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 08:30 and 17:30. Friday will be your non-working day.

Summary of our role

Our Receptionist will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment. This position blends front‑of‑house warmth with behind‑the‑scenes organisation, representing our culture at every interaction.   • Maintaining an inviting and well‑presented reception area that reflects our values.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and deliveries with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Overseeing meeting room bookings and supporting hospitality needs for internal and external meetings.
  • Acting as a key ambassador for our culture through every interaction.
  • Working closely with the Facilities team as a trusted and proactive partner.
