The Performance Executive is responsible for implementing the performance strategy for clients across ecommerce & tourism, leveraging paid channels such as Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads and TikTok.

You have an opportunity to develop and hone your understanding of the digital marketing landscape and how all channels play a role in delivering a desired business outcome.
The ideal Performance Executive is a diligent, highly organised individual that can adhere to deadlines and effectively support the Performance Manager on all clients’ requests/tasks. Good communication skills, understanding a client’s business are all critical elements to deliver success in this role.
You will be part of a high-performing, dynamic and adaptive team, with an appetite for driving results for the clients on Performance. You will have direct exposure to the other digital specialist teams, account management and activation teams, with clear opportunities for growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the implementation of best practice Search & Social campaigns
Understand our clients’ business challenges and needs and integrate them in the implementation of Search campaigns
Support the Performance Manager in activating day to day Search & Social campaigns
Obtain and maintain Google & Meta Blueprint qualifications as well as other platforms (Bing/SA360/TikTok etc)
Build effective working relationships with staff and key clients
Manage and coordinate client and internal communications and relationships with respect to Search & Social campaigns
Expectation setting for clients and internal team
Sharing of knowledge and expertise to clients and internal team
Desired Experience:
Strong understanding of SEM, performance media and biddable landscape, suppliers, and technology
Proven experience in running complex and effective performance media campaigns
Basic understanding of paid social media and Amazon Ads landscape
Awareness of other digital channels and how they work cohesively is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation experience
Experience working with and managing clients
Demonstrated ability to present your strategic recommendations to external and internal clients using clear and articulated reporting formats
High level of competence with Microsoft Office packages and Google Sheets
Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
