As a Media Planner at Havas Thailand, you will play a key role in executing innovative media strategies for our clients, contributing to the success of integrated campaigns. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic advertising environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the growth and success of our clients' brands.

Mission and Responsibilities:

Media Planning and Execution:

• Work closely with Media Managers to develop and execute comprehensive media plans across various channels.
• Implement strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring effective and efficient media placements.

Campaign Optimization:

• Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to provide insights for optimizations and recommendations.
• Collaborate with analytics and implementation teams to ensure data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Channel Expertise:

• Develop expertise in medias such as retail media, performance marketing, SEM, TV, OOH etc.
• Contribute to insights and recommendations for incorporating these channels into overall media strategies.

Client Collaboration:

• Support Media Managers in client interactions, providing updates on campaign progress and performance.
• Assist in the development of client presentations and reports.

Budget Management:

• Assist in managing media budgets effectively, ensuring adherence to client objectives and agency profitability.
• Contribute to budget forecasting and financial reporting.

Experience, Soft Skills, and Competencies:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience of 1 or 2 years as a Media Planner / Jr Media Planner or in a similar role within an advertising agency.
• Expertise in hybrid media planning (online and offline channels).
• Knowledge of media planning and buying tools and platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads etc.).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply data insights.
• English and Thai required (native or fluent speaker and reader)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Understanding of industry trends and a passion for staying updated on the latest developments.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
