We manage, coordinate, and implement media campaigns for major global advertisers such as Hermès, Dinh Van, Michelin, Meetic, McCain, Cooper, the European Parliament, Capgemini, Orange, Carrefour, BNP Paribas… Our department is above all a team of 100 employees from all over the world, united by a shared passion for international communication. It is an agile, human-sized entity that balances consulting, media strategy, coordination, and implementation across all media types, both offline and digital.
Our insights & strategy team
Within the Insight team, we focus on audience understanding and definition, using data from research institutes or conducting our own ad hoc studies. On the Strategy side, we act as a bridge between brands and client teams: we investigate cultural trends, consumer and market behaviors, with the aim of identifying a campaign idea that will guide the media planners' choices.
Your future challenges?
As an International Media Research and Strategic Planning Assistant, your missions will include:
Insight Responsibilities
Contribute to the creation and formatting of thematic media studies using proprietary tools or databases from research institutes. Collect, organize, centralize, and manage media information.
Contribute to the development of targeted studies: identifying issues, defining target groups, analyzing media consumption and interests.
Strategy Responsibilities
Participate in strategic thinking for annual campaigns as well as pitches.
Summarize and format trend
Monitor brand media practices.
Track competitors of the group's clients.

We are looking for a student (Bachelor’s or Master’s level BAC+3/4/5), who possesses the following skills:
Excellent English proficiency
Excellent French proficiency
Rigor and organizational skills
Comfortable working with numbers and strong analytical thinking
Curiosity, autonomy, and initiative

Adaptability
Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
