As a leading media agency on the French market, our mission is to advise major international clients on how to implement both local and pan-regional advertising campaigns.
Havas International, a subsidiary of Havas Media Group is currently looking for interns.
We are seeking our future International Media Assistant Intern to support several accounts operating in France and abroad.
Your future challenges?
As an intern, you will assist executives and consulting managers in managing various clients. This includes coordinating with different media experts and supporting operational tasks. Our scope of work spans all geographies and covers both online and offline media.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with media experts (Social, Programmatic, Publishing, Offline) throughout campaign phases: briefing, challenging media recommendations, tracking timelines, monitoring campaigns, and presenting performance reviews.
Client Support: Respond to client requests and needs by proposing suitable media activations.
Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with market trends and media innovations (technical, data-related). Support transversal projects, ad-hoc studies, and competitive analyses.
Financial Monitoring: Assist in tracking campaign budgets and financials.
Local Market Coordination: Coordinate with local market: follow up on briefings, campaign progress, and provide daily support on various requests.
Your Profile?
Experience
Previous internship or first professional experience in media, marketing, administration, business or finance is appreciated.
Education & Languages
Master’s level (Bac+4/5) from a business school, communication, advertising school, or university.
Fluency in english is mandatory; a second language is a plus.
Technical Skills
Strong command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Comfortable working with numbers.
Soft Skills
Organized and detail-oriented.
Proactive and curious.
Able to multitask, flexible, and adaptable.
Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
