The CoE Talent Lab is a pre-professional internship program designed to immerse students in the world of Digital Advertising and Paid Campaigns. As part of Havas CoE in Peru, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, creative, and collaborative environment.
🎓 Requirements:
- Currently open to academic students in their last semester or year, pursuing studies in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (hybrid modality) in San Isidro.
- Commitment to participate in the program from February to July 2026.
- We’re looking for curious, driven, and digitally-minded students eager to learn and grow.

What you'll do
