Missions :

Vous assurez l’assistance opérationnelle, administrative et organisationnelle du Chief Financial Officer et du Vice Chairman Business Development du Groupe Havas en garantissant la fluidité des échanges, la gestion de priorités et la confidentialité des informations.

 

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Accueil des interlocuteurs internes et externes

  • Gestion des appels téléphoniques

  • Suivi des agendas, coordination des rendez-vous et arbitrage des priorités

  • Organisation logistique des réunions internes et externes

  • Préparation et organisation des déplacements professionnels et privés en France et à l’étranger : gestion des réservations de vols, trains, hôtels, taxis, etc

  • Saisie des notes de frais

  • Gestion des abonnements (presse principalement), du courrier et des commandes de bureau

  • Rédaction, mise en forme et diffusion de documents (courriers, notes, comptes rendus, présentations)

  • Mise à la signature de documents et suivi / relance et classement

 

Profil souhaité :

  • Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation en BTS Assistant de direction / Support à l'Action Managériale ou une formation équivalente.

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 10 ans à un poste similaire en entreprise.

  • Vous disposez d’une excellente capacité rédactionnelle et orthographique.

  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la langue anglaise, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

  • Vous maîtrisez les logiciels du Pack Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint).
