Customer & Retailer Enablement Act as a trusted eCommerce and digital shelf partner to EU Customer Marketing and Key Account Management teams, shaping retailer‑specific eCommerce priorities, activation plans, and execution standards. Work directly with Pureplay and omnichannel retail partners to optimise digital shelf execution and activate eCommerce marketing campaigns, including content optimisation, on‑site merchandising, and retail media opportunities. Collaborate with eCommerce channel teams across EMEA to develop and execute on‑site activation plans that drive conversion across retailer environments. Build and execute quarterly test‑and‑learn plans to evaluate new commercial programs, retailer initiatives, and activation mechanics, informing ongoing optimisation. Manage and optimise allocated A&P budgets, contributing to business cases that unlock incremental investment based on historical performance and future opportunities. Design, implement, and continually evolve digital shelf standards and product content guidelines (copy, imagery, video, enhanced content), ensuring SEO optimisation across search engines and retailer platforms. Lead collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to deliver consistent, high‑quality digital shelf execution across all markets. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Data Management, Business, or related discipline. Significant experience working with eCommerce retail partners (Pureplay and/or omnichannel), supporting digital shelf optimisation and eCommerce marketing activation. Strong commercial acumen with expertise in ROI analysis, performance measurement, and program optimisation. Solid understanding of business systems and product data processes (e.g., PIM systems such as Stibo, SAP, DAM, Showpad). Proven ability to coordinate external agencies and influence cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment. Strong SEO and content optimisation capability across retailer platforms and search ecosystems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and senior stakeholders with high autonomy and attention to detail. Demonstrated track record of improving digital KPIs, data quality, and digital shelf performance. Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise stakeholders. Experience in a B2B or distributor‑led environment is advantageous. Fluency in English required; additional European languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German) are a plus.
