Brand Strategy & Portfolio Management Lead portfolio strategy to ensure product offerings meet consumer and market needs. Develop competitive promotional and pricing strategies for the full brand portfolio. Create brand diagnostics and action plans (short, medium, long term), consolidating a unified brand vision for senior leadership. Build 360º brand marketing plans in collaboration with the Trade team. Support the Trade and Merchandising teams in monitoring in‑store visibility and POS execution. Provide guidance to Sales and CSM teams to ensure strong execution at point of sale. Act as the main communicator of brand strategies to Sales, Trade, Media, Finance and Operations teams. Gather and share local feedback with regional and global teams to influence portfolio strategy. Manage, develop, and coach direct reports and cross-functional project teams. Strong data‑driven mindset and affinity for numbers. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, internally and externally. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the business. Strong multitasking capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. High energy, passion for brand building and product category. Ability to work well under pressure and in fast‑moving environments. Solid understanding of marketing strategy and go‑to‑market planning. Strong analytical skills balanced with creativity and strategic thinking.
