Manage the transaction process for all manual intercompany transactions (product and non-product) Prepare and post month-end accruals and manage the netting process Perform and review financial close activities and enable timely and accurate completion of close-related tasks Perform and review account reconciliations and gather proper supporting documentation Enable compliance with US GAAP, company policies and procedures, and other regulatory requirements Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparation of audit documentation in response to auditor inquiries Manage and coordinate activities with third-party accountants to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned activities Degree in BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance or a similar BSc (Hons) in a related accounting field, Chartered Accountant (ACA) and the Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) designation is preferred. Minimum 2 years accounting experience (public company and/or public accounting experience preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), along with a solid understanding of accounting principles, concepts and practices. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, creative problem solve and contribute efficiently and optimally in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Organized and detail oriented. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience with SAP and/or Blackline is preferred.
