Manage global product development and marketing processes, including line planning, portfolio optimization, and lifecycle management across multiple fan segments. Collaborate closely with Disney/Lucasfilm on content strategy, product approvals, and creative alignment. Collaborate with Brand Marketing Managers and licensing partners on global briefs, brand positioning, and consumer-led marketing activation across digital, retail, and experiential channels. Support go-to-market planning, asset development, and messaging by providing product details, franchise context, and unique selling propositions. 5 years of experience in consumer goods, brand/product management, business management, or marketing (licensed brands experience a plus). A strong passion for storytelling, pop culture, and fandom - with the ability to balance creative integrity and commercial outcomes. Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority in a matrixed, global organization. Analytical and creative strength: comfortable with data, financials, and spreadsheets, while also excelling at ideation and narrative-building. Experience working with international commercial teams and a strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategy. Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling business narratives for internal teams, licensors, and retail partners. A proactive, collaborative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit balanced with strong organizational navigation skills. Comfort with experimentation, risk-taking, and challenging the status quo while respecting brand and licensor guidelines. A commitment to inclusivity, collaboration, and seeking diverse perspectives.
