About this role

Develop overall go-to-market product strategy Provide timely and consistent communication of brand activity and key information to internal business partners. Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in marketing, product development or related field MBA preferred (additional work experience in lieu of MBA considered) Bachelors Degree (Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred) Understanding of the steps necessary to bring products to market Creative thinker with the ability to be agile and flexible in thinking. Motivated and resourceful self-starter who can creatively tackle problems and maximize available resources. Ability to make informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track. Collaborative; able to work with, get information/help from and influence internal groups across the company Business and financial acumen with strong analytical skills. Can make sense of quantitative and qualitative information to craft a story Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints Digital-first mindset Well developed, verbal, written and dynamic presentation skills. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. The base salary range for this position is $74,100.00 to $111,200.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
