Assist Manager Project Management to manage resources and identify, monitor and mitigate risks; and to ensure projects are executed and completed on time, within budget and within scope. Work with the all relevant stakeholders from various disciplines and external partners to follow up to ensure project are within scope and on track and plan solutions when needed for achieving the targets. Work out deadlines and responsibilities; and ensure resource availability and allocation; and monitor and summarize progress of projects. Monitor projects according to the agreed project plans and track progress. Coordinate & participate to Topline milestone meetings / Team reviews and follow up with the teams to resolve issues raised in the meetings Act as communication hub for all development & delivery information with inside & outside stakeholders Maintain, and continuously improve milestone / Highlight / Management reports and ensure data is accurate in informational systems. Degree holder in business or technical area. Project Management Certification is a plus Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in project management Good communication skills. Able to work in a fast-evolving environment Good problem solving skills and critical thinking. Good project management and organizational skills to manage resources and meet deadlines Good command in written and oral English & Mandarin is an advantage
